How it works
- The school office prepares your verified Transfer Certificate as a PDF and uploads it to the secure archive.
- You return to this page, fill in your admission number, full name, and date of birth.
- If the three fields match a record, your TC starts downloading immediately. No form, no email, no waiting.
When can I download?
Your TC is uploaded once dues clearance and document verification are complete — typically within 5 working days of your transfer being confirmed at the office. The school will notify you by phone when the TC is ready in the archive.
Can't find your record?
If the form returns "no record found," it usually means one of three things:
- The TC has not been uploaded yet — please check with the office.
- The name spelling differs from the school records (initials vs full names, surname placement, etc.).
- The date of birth on your records differs from what you entered.
In any of these cases, please call the school office on [PHONE] and we will resolve it the same day.
For students who haven't applied for a TC yet
If you haven't yet requested a TC, please collect the printed TC Request Form from the Downloads page or visit the school office in person between 9:00 am and 1:30 pm. Once dues are cleared, the office will upload your TC to this archive and you can download it here.
